Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Active Speech-Language Pathologist license in Alabama (SLP in AL)
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) eligibility
• Experience with pediatric and school-based caseloads is highly preferred
• Familiarity with a range of communication disorders in children and adolescents
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• A passion for working with diverse student populations

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for K-12 students needing speech and language support
• Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and families to support students academic and developmental growth
• Facilitate direct, small group, and consultative therapy sessions
• Maintain accurate records and comprehensive progress reports in compliance with district and state regulations
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to a multidisciplinary team approach

This full-time contract includes 37.5 hours per week across five days, supporting a varied and rewarding student caseload.
