Desired Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Valid SLP state license (or eligibility to obtain licensure in MI).
- Prior experience in schools preferred, but motivated new graduates will also be considered.
- Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
- Adaptable, with a positive attitude towards working with diverse student populations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat communication and swallowing disorders in a school setting.
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other team members to support student progress.
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports.
- Participate in multi-disciplinary team meetings and ongoing professional development.
