Qualifications / Desired Experience:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid SLP license or ability to obtain Texas licensure
- Experience working with school-aged children is highly preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Adaptability and openness to new experiences
Responsibilities / Duties:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy to students, both individually and in groups
- Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs)
- Conduct assessments, maintain accurate documentation, and participate in case conferences
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student progress
- Engage in ongoing professional development
