Position DetailsPosition: Physical Therapist (PT) Schedule Options: Full-Time | Part-Time | PRN / Coverage Setting: Skilled Nursing + Long-Term Care Coverage Area: DuBois, PA | St. Marys, PA | Emporium, PA
What Youll Do- Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide hands-on physical therapy to improve strength, mobility, balance, and independence
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary rehab teams including PTAs, OTs, and SLPs
- Document patient progress and maintain compliance with all regulatory standards
- Provide flexible therapy coverage and support across multiple facilities as needed
