As a Respiratory Care Practitioner, you will:
- Set up, operate, and monitor a variety of respiratory care equipment used in the diagnosis and treatment of cardiopulmonary conditions
- Deliver therapeutic interventions for patients across adult, pediatric, and neonatal populations
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Utilize evidence-based protocols to guide care and adjust treatment plans
- Advocate for patients while exercising strong critical thinking and clinical judgment

Required Qualifications:
- Successful completion of an accredited respiratory therapy educational program sufficient to qualify for licensure in Washington State
- Upon hire: Washington Respiratory Care Practitioner License
- Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
- National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association within 90 days of hire
- National Provider PALS - American Heart Association within 90 days of hire
Preferred Qualifications:
- 6 months Previous hospital based work experience, in the field of Respiratory Care
