Occupational Therapist - Travel Contract

Make a meaningful difference as a travel OT in Oklahoma City, OK. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to help patients with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities regain or improve their daily skills while working in a hospital setting. This role requires clinical judgment, collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, and commitment to patient and employee safety.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program.
  • Active Oklahoma Occupational Therapy license required to start the assignment.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
  • Experience working in an acute care or hospital environment preferred.
  • Ability to complete patient evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and document according to facility policy.
  • Experience supervising Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants and/or OT students preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous travel therapy experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with safe patient handling techniques and infection control procedures preferred.

Assignment Details

  • Shift pattern: 5x8.
