Minimum Requirements

  • Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited educational program.
  • Completed Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) and current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA.
  • Active Massachusetts SLP license required to start the assignment.
  • BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in skilled nursing facility settings.
  • Experience with dysphagia management and use of instrumental assessments such as FEES or MBSS preferred.
  • Experience with electronic medical records and interdisciplinary care planning preferred.
