Occupational Therapist - Travel Contract

Make a meaningful difference as a travel OT in Palm Harbor, FL. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to help patients in a skilled nursing facility regain or improve daily living skills following injury, illness, or disability. This role offers clinical autonomy, interdisciplinary collaboration, and the chance to serve a diverse patient population.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active Florida Occupational Therapy license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience providing occupational therapy in skilled nursing or long-term care settings preferred.
• Documentation experience with electronic medical records preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous travel therapy experience preferred.
• Experience with restorative programs and ADL training preferred.

Assignment Details

• Shift hours: 08:30 - 16:30.
• Work schedule: Monday through Friday, five 8-hour shifts per week.
• Meal break: 30 minutes.
• Guaranteed weekly hours: 35.
• May be required to float to other facilities as needed.
