Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active New Hampshire state license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience working in skilled nursing facility settings preferred.
• Ability to manage patient caseloads typical of post-acute and long-term care populations preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous travel therapy experience preferred.
• Experience with documentation systems commonly used in skilled nursing facilities preferred.
• Experience supervising or collaborating with PTAs preferred.

Assignment Details

• Shift hours: 0800-1630.
• Work days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday.
• 40 hours per week.
• Candidate may be expected to float to other facilities as required.
