Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active Massachusetts physical therapy license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Experience working in skilled nursing facility settings preferred.
- Documentation and electronic medical record experience preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous travel therapy experience preferred.
- Experience with restorative nursing programs and interdisciplinary care planning preferred.
Assignment Details
- Shift Hours: 08:0016:30.
- Work Days: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday (per facility scheduling).
- Guaranteed hours: 36 per week.
- Candidate may be required to float to other nearby facilities as needed.

Impacting Patient Care
Provide skilled physical therapy services in a skilled nursing facility environment to support patient rehabilitation and functional independence. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
