We are hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a travel contract role at a skilled nursing facility in Elizabeth City, NC. Under the guidance of a licensed Occupational Therapist, you will help patients regain the skills needed for everyday life. Minimum Qualifications

  • Associate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college.
  • Active North Carolina COTA license required to start the assignment.
  • BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required prior to or at start of assignment.
  • Experience working in skilled nursing or long-term care settings preferred.
  • Ability to follow treatment plans established by a licensed Occupational Therapist.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior travel or contract COTA experience preferred.
  • Experience with documentation systems commonly used in skilled nursing facilities preferred.
