Minimum Qualifications
- Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
- Active Washington State PTA license is required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
- Experience working in skilled nursing or long-term care settings preferred.
- Ability to follow care plans developed by a licensed Physical Therapist and document patient progress accurately.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous travel PTA experience preferred.
- Familiarity with electronic medical records preferred.
- Experience with restorative nursing programs and fall prevention strategies preferred.
