Early Childhood Speech Language Pathologist: Architect of Communication
Role Summary
As an Early Childhood Speech-Language Pathologist, you will lead the districts efforts in identifying and supporting communication needs in our youngest learners. You will conduct screenings, provide targeted interventions, and collaborate with Pre-K teachers to create "language-rich" classrooms. Your goal is to provide the early support that prevents future learning gaps, ensuring every child can express their needs, thoughts, and dreams clearly.

  • Targeted Intervention: Provide high-quality individual and small-group support for students requiring specialized communication help.
  • Collaborate & Consult: Act as the building expert for teachers and staff on speech sounds, fluency, and oral language development.
  • Partner with Families: Provide parents with the "at-home" tools and confidence they need to support their childs emerging communication skills.
