Responsibilities

  • Perform arterial blood gas (ABG) analysis and adjust respiratory treatments as needed.
  • Educate patients and families on respiratory care and disease prevention .
  • Work closely with nurses, physicians, and healthcare teams to provide optimal care.
  • Ensure compliance with infection control and patient safety protocols .
Qualifications
  • Education: Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Therapy program .
  • Certification:
    • Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) credential from the NBRC.
    • Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS (as required per facility).
  • Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of clinical experience in respiratory care.
  • Skills:
    • Proficiency in oxygen therapy, airway management, and ventilator care .
    • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills .
    • Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Travel Readiness: Willing to relocate temporarily for travel assignments.
