Physical Therapy Assistant - Travel Contract

Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active New York State PTA license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care environment preferred.
• Comfort collaborating with a licensed Physical Therapist and interdisciplinary team.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior travel therapy experience preferred.
• Experience with ADL retraining, transfers, gait training, and restorative care preferred.
