Shift: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM

Experience:

24 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

12 months of Physical Therapy experience.

Experience with Epic is required.

BS completion required.

Requirements:

Candidates must have a license (required after submission).

This role will require floating to multiple units

Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.

COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

COVID booster required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.

12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: TruStaff Program - Bon Secours Mercy Health and no current placement allowed at Program: TruStaff Program - Bon Secours Mercy Health.

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience:No new grads (0-1 year from graduation) unless candidate has had 6 months of recent outpatient care experience during the first year

Preferred Credentials:Graduate of accredited program in Physical Therapy with Doctorate level degree preferred

Unit/Facility Details:Patient Pop: Ambulatory Outpatient Orthopedics and Neuro mainly including joint replacements, spine, balance, CVAs, etc.

Shift & Scheduling:Monday-Friday

7 days maximum time off

2 references required from within the last 2 years

Proof of identification required for submission
