Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Experience:

12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

24 months of Physical Therapy experience.

Travel experience is required within the last 12 months.

3 months of Epic experience is preferred.

Trauma Level 1 experience is preferred.

Requirements:

Candidates must have a license (required for submission).

This role may require floating to additional units and locations

Local & travel allowed. Candidates living Additional Details:

RNs only: If CA state licensure is 3 months or less from expiration, proof that the renewal process has been initiated is required to apply

You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.

Required Skills/Experience:- Hand Clinic Exp- Adult outpatient exp

Preferred Skills/Experience: - Previous Charge Experience- Teaching Hospital Experience

Required Credentials: - MS/MA Degree- Required PAM (modalities) certified in CA-prefered- AOTA - Hand/UE certification- CHT - cert hand therapist

Floating Requirements: Possibility to float to Mission Bay, Mount Zion, or Bayfront facilities.

7 days maximum time off. Facility holidays: 11/26/2026, 12/25/2026, 01/01/2027. Number of holidays allowed off: 1

1 Manager/Supervisor reference required from within the last 12 months

1 reference required from within the last 2 years

Proof of identification required
