Experience:

12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

Travel experience is required.

Requirements:

Candidates must have a license (required for submission).

Local & travel allowed. Candidates living Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience:- LTC or rehab experience required.

Required Credentials: Certifications are required to be included at time of submission.

Unit Details:- Typical treatment times for PT/OT are ~1hr for Medicare B and 30-35 min for Medicare A and managed care.- Depending on case mix, therapists can have 7-12 scheduled per day.- Group therapy is allowed.- Dedicated device provided for documentation.

Shift & Scheduling:- Mon-Fri.- Times are flexible as long as consistent and communicated with DOR.- Start time is before 6AM and no later than 10AM.- No weekends.- No call.

7 days maximum time off
