Experience:

12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

Travel experience is required.

Requirements:

Candidates must have a license (required for submission).

Local & travel allowed. Candidates living Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience:- LTC or rehab experience required.- Skills checklist within 1 year

Required Credentials: Certifications are required to be included at time of submission.

Unit Details:- Long term care/rehab setting.- Provides rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment interventions under the supervision and direction of a Physical Therapist for patients with physical functioning disorders.- Administers manual techniques, ambulation, therapeutic exercises, modalities, and supportive and assistive devices.- Provides consultation and counseling to patients, families, caregivers, and other service providers.- Documents in the electronic documentation system and maintains patient records.- 0-1 reference at time of submission

Shift & Scheduling:- Mon-Fri.- Times are flexible as long as they are consistent and communicated with DOR.- Therapists start time is before 6AM and no later than 10AM/35 GWW.- No weekends.- No call.

7 days maximum time off

Certifications:

BLS (Basic Life Support)
