Job Description
Youll work in a collaborative outpatient environment dedicated to individualized, patient-centered care. Whether youre a new graduate or an experienced clinician, youll receive strong support in building your skills and advancing your career.
Key responsibilities include conducting evaluations and re-evaluations, developing effective plans of care, and delivering evidence-based treatments to help patients return to their prior level of function. The role also requires maintaining accurate, up-to-date documentation and billing records.
A solid understanding of musculoskeletal anatomy and function is essential, while experience with post-operative protocols and wound care is preferred. We actively encourage professional growth by offering financial support for specialty certifications and fellowship training.
This is a great opportunity to work alongside highly skilled therapists in a dynamic, engaging environment, providing one-on-one patient care with 4060 minute sessions. Compensation is competitive and negotiable based on experience, certifications, and specialties.
Qualifications
- Proven work or clinical experience as a physical therapist
- Intensive education and clinical expertise
- Ability to manage patients with different types of personalities
- Current knowledge of treatment practices
- Drive to continually learn and grow
- Professional behavior
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Valid license to practice physical therapy (willing to work with limited license until full licensure comes through)
- Graduate degree or greater in physical therapy
