School Speech Language Pathologist - Winston-Salem, NC

Desired Qualifications and Experience:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active NC SLP license (or eligibility for licensure)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) strongly preferred, but Clinical Fellows will be considered
• Experience with IEP development and implementation in a K-12 setting
• Strong knowledge of speech, language, and communication disorders relevant to school-aged children
• Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and assess speech, language, and communication needs of students
• Develop, implement, and manage Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Deliver direct therapy services to students in individual or small group settings
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of assessments, progress, and therapy sessions
• Participate in eligibility meetings, IEP meetings, and professional development activities as required
• Adapt intervention strategies to meet diverse student needs and learning styles
