Qualifications and Requirements:
Must be a licensed Physical Therapist in Massachusetts
Experience in school-based or pediatric settings is highly valued

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver direct physical therapy services and conduct comprehensive student assessments
Develop and implement individualized education program (IEP) goals with focus on functional movement and participation in school activities
Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to recommend adaptive equipment and accommodations
Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines
Advocate for students needs and support their independence throughout the school day
Participate in IEP meetings to share input and progress updates
