Qualifications & Experience:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Active state licensure (or eligibility) in South Carolina
Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
Prior school-based experience or a passion for supporting children and adolescents
Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
Ability to adapt therapy plans to diverse student needs

Key Responsibilities:
Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and monitor student progress
Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with school and state guidelines
Provide guidance and support to teachers and family members to support student goals
Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
Deliver direct therapy and consultation services in individual and group settings
Stay current with best practices and ongoing professional development
