Key Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status welcome
  • Valid state licensure or eligibility to obtain one prior to starting
  • Experience with pediatric populations preferred, particularly in educational or healthcare environments
  • Familiarity with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), progress monitoring, and data collection
  • Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration abilities

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and deliver therapy services for students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
  • Develop and implement IEPs in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, students, and families
  • Maintain detailed documentation and track students progress to support data-driven decision-making
  • Work closely with teachers, school staff, and parents to integrate therapy strategies in the classroom
  • Provide direct and consultative services, adapting interventions to meet individual needs
  • Participate in team meetings, professional development, and school-based initiatives
