Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA preferred, but strong CFs will be considered
- Previous experience working with pediatric or school-age populations is a plus
- Familiarity with IEP processes and documentation
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and hearing screenings and assessments for students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on IEP goals
- Provide direct therapy services to students in individual or small group settings
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to support student development
- Maintain detailed and accurate documentation in compliance with school and regulatory requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings, multidisciplinary team discussions, and staff meetings as needed
- Stay current with best practices and continuing education in speech-language pathology
