• Provide speech and language therapy services to students in accordance with their IEP goals
• Evaluate students speech, language, and communication abilities through formal and informal assessments
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans and intervention strategies
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support each student's progress
• Maintain thorough documentation and participate in IEP team meetings
• Deliver services onsite across multiple age groups, with caseload specifics determined during the interview process

Desired Qualifications:

• Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
• Experience working in a school environment strongly preferred
