Alphanumeric is partnering with an innovative and compassionate leader in pediatric therapy to hire a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP) in Fayetteville, NC.

This role includes:

• 3-4 days per week providing services in clinic and/or school settings
• 1-2 days dedicated to virtual direct supervision, indirect supervision, telehealth services, and documentation
• Full-time and part-time opportunities available
• Compensation options tailored to your preferences

Choose between:

Pay-Per-Visit (PPV)

• $35 per 30-minute therapy session
• $70 per evaluation (negotiable)

Guaranteed Hourly Rate

• $32-$40 per hour, based on experience

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat pediatric speech, language, communication, and feeding/swallowing disorders as appropriate
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and interdisciplinary team members
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
• Participate in team meetings, supervision, and professional development activities
• Provide telehealth services and supervision activities as needed
