Physical Therapist, Outpatient Therapy- Waukesha County- 0.5 FTE Float

What You Will Do: Evaluates individuals referred for physical therapy services. Establishes a physical therapy diagnosis, prognosis, and plan of treatment. Re-assesses the ongoing effects of treatment. Collaborates with and provides consultation to others in care delivery. Supervises physical therapist assistants and aides. What you will need: Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or higher. Current State of WI Physical Therapist licensure. Current BLS (CPR) certification or ability to obtain upon hire.
