When I think about my ideal work environment, I want a place that supports me, both, as a clinician and personally with my passions and goals. As a pediatric clinician, I had experienced work environments where my colleagues were burnt out and the focus was more on productivity than it was on the clients that we were serving. At Basal Therapies, I have felt the passion for both a work environment that fosters quality of care through support of the providers, and a passion for our clients and their families that we work with. As an employee, I am on a collaborative team with leadership that works alongside us, hearing our concerns and supporting our interests and growth. As a clinician, I am provided with the freedom to manage aspects that allow me to focus on my quality of care that I am providing. Mentorship opportunities allow us to growth clinically and the team approach allows us to have constant collaborations where I can field questions across disciplines to aid in my care. Truly, Basal Therapies is the ideal work environment that I was looking for. I leave each day feeling fulfilled and excited to be back the next day!
