At Building Bridges Therapy, we provide speech therapy, occupational therapy, medical nutrition therapy, physical therapy, and behavioral support services focused on increasing functional independence for children and adults with disabilities. Whether an acquired or a lifelong disability, we strive to provide individualized plans of care to increase overall function within the home and community environments. Our therapy includes treatment across settings to promote functional independence and generalization of targeted skills. We provide treatment within the home, community, and Day Habilitation settings as appropriate for the individuals plan of care. Therapy is more than increasing skill or restoring lost function. It is increasing overall independence and quality of life. Through a partnership with caregivers and families, we strive to provide the best possible outcome. All our services are holistic, functional and individualized.
