Omega Physical Therapy provides outpatient physical therapy and rehabilitation services to patients in Coldwater, Michigan, and surrounding areas, focusing on personalized treatment plans for recovery and mobility improvement. Omega Physical Therapy is a physician owned outpatient Physical Therapy clinic, located within The Family Practice & Orthopedic Care Center, PC. Overall patient population is based on pre and post operative Orthopedic procedures, trauma, and sports medicine. The staffing consists of Physical Therapist, Physical Therapy Assistants, and Technicians. We are a hands on clinic and personalize every treatment plan for each patient. The uniqueness of our clinic is proven by being onsite with the Providers and Surgeons that provide a real time treatment plan from beginning to end, and communication of goals by and between the patient and the Providers.
