Occupational Therapist School Setting - Matthews, NC

A contract opportunity is available for an Occupational Therapist to support students in a K-12 school setting located in Matthews, NC. This role focuses on providing therapeutic interventions to help students develop, recover, and improve the skills needed for daily living and academic success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations to assess students functional abilities and needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student progress.
• Provide direct occupational therapy services in compliance with educational and clinical guidelines.
• Maintain accurate documentation of services provided and student outcomes.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary planning.
