Location: Rosedale, MD
Contract Length: 13 weeks with possibility of extension
Schedule: Full-time | Days | 40 hours per week | Specific schedule to be discussed during interview

Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) for a Home Health assignment in Rosedale, Maryland. This opportunity is ideal for professionals who are comfortable working independently, managing their schedule, and delivering exceptional care in patients' homes.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy assessments

• Develop and implement individualized care plans

• Provide rehabilitative services to improve mobility and quality of life

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation

• Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and other care team members

• Travel to patient homes within assigned territory

Requirements:

• Active Maryland OT license

• Minimum 1 year of recent home health experience

• BLS certification (AHA)

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

• Familiarity with OASIS documentation is preferred

• Excellent communication and time-management skills
