Description

• Deliver personalized speech therapy focused on refining communication skills, enhancing language proficiency, addressing fluency, voice modulation, and swallowing mechanics.
• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary team members including physical therapists, occupational therapists, healthcare staff, families, and caregivers to build integrated care plans.
• Facilitate education for patients and family members to ensure support and reinforcement beyond therapy sessions.
• Partake in occasional inpatient evaluations and interventions, ensuring a seamless continuum of care throughout patients' journeys.

Education

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from a recognized institution.
• Completed Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if not yet certified by ASHA.

Certifications

• Valid State License as a Speech Language Pathologist .
• ASHAs Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) is preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification must be obtained within 30 days of your start date.
