Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract A K-12 school in Passaic, NJ is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) to provide essential services throughout the school year under a contract position. Key Responsibilities: Conduct individual and group speech and language evaluations and therapy sessions for students ranging from kindergarten through 12th grade. Develop, implement, and monitor IEP goals to support students' communicative and academic needs. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school professionals to ensure effective integration of speech and language goals. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all sessions, progress reports, and assessments in compliance with district and state regulations. Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities as needed. Qualifications: Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology. Experience working with a diverse student population in K-12 educational settings. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with an ability to build rapport with students, staff, and families. Knowledge of state and federal special education laws and regulations. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. Location: Passaic, New Jersey
