Responsibilities & Requirements Job Responsibilities Kettering College Faculty position has been charged with facilitating effective learning for Kettering College Students Job Requirements Master's degree in related field Current license for clinical areas Minimum of two years of clinical or teaching experience Preferred Qualifications Professional Background Occupational Therapists (OTs), Occupational Therapy Assistants (OTAs), or other qualified professionals (e.g., psychologists, nurses, social workers, physical therapists, special educators). A license or certification in their respective field, if applicable. Education and Experience Must have professional experience and expertise relevant to the student's fieldwork goals. No specific number of years of experience is required, but familiarity with OT practice and student learning needs is essential. Role and Responsibilities Must be able to provide supervision and guidance aligned with course objectives. Should be able to model professional behavior and ethics. Must provide regular feedback and evaluation to the student in coordination with the academic fieldwork coordinator (AFWC).
