School Speech Therapist Salisbury, Maryland

This opportunity is for a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide essential services in a K-12 school setting. The role is onsite in Salisbury, MD and offers a part-time schedule of 3-4 days per week during the school year on a contract basis.

Responsibilities include managing a caseload of 30-40 students, conducting assessments and testing, participating in IEP meetings, and delivering direct therapy to support student communication needs. The position requires strong collaboration with educators and families to ensure effective intervention strategies.

Qualifications and experience needed:

• Valid Maryland SLP license
• Proven experience working with school-aged children from kindergarten through 12th grade
• Ability to conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, and provide individualized therapy
• Experience participating in IEP meetings and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
