Key Responsibilities:-
Perform evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans

Provide physical therapy services to restore function, improve mobility, relieve pain, and prevent or limit permanent physical disabilities

Educate patients and family members about treatment plans, home exercises, and progress tracking

Collaborate with other members of the rehab and healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care

Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with state and federal regulations

Participate in performance improvement and continuing education activities

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program

Current NH Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain
