Sunbelt Staffing is currently seeking a compassionate and qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time, on-site position in a supportive school district located in Steger, Illinois. This position offers a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful difference by providing individualized speech and language services that support students communication, academic success, and social development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech and language evaluations to assess students communication needs

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans and goals

• Provide direct speech and language therapy to students across various grade levels

• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress

• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of appropriate educational plans

• Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with district and state requirements

• Promote effective communication skills to enhance students academic and social success

Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program

• Valid Illinois Speech-Language Pathologist license or eligibility for licensure

• Previous school-based experience preferred

• Strong assessment, intervention, and collaboration skills
