• Create Individualized Treatment Plans: Thoroughly assess patient needs and formulate tailored therapy strategies aimed at achieving functional independence

• Collaborate with Healthcare Teams: Engage in close partnerships with OTs, PTs, STs, doctors, and nurses to deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care
• Teach Patients and Families: Guide patients and their loved ones on therapy practices to ensure continuous progress outside of sessions
• Document and Evaluate Progress: Monitor clinical progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly to help patients stay on track

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited university
• Continuing education and additional certifications encouraged and fully supported

• Active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license is required
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification mandatory
