We're recruiting a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to provide comprehensive virtual therapy to students throughout New Mexico, addressing diverse communication and language needs. Position Summary Full-time remote opportunity delivering specialized speech-language pathology services through our innovative virtual platform. You'll work with students from preschool through high school, providing assessments, therapy, and intervention support that enhances communication skills and academic success. Essential Duties Administer speech and language assessments and evaluations

Provide direct therapy for articulation and language disorders

Implement augmentative and alternative communication strategies

Design and monitor individualized treatment plans

Conduct swallowing assessments and interventions as needed

Collaborate on IEP and 504 plan development

Provide consultation to educators and families

Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and professional development

Student Services & Support Serving diverse student populations across all grade levels with various communication disorders including developmental language delays, autism spectrum communication challenges, hearing-related communication issues, and acquired communication disorders. Our virtual platform enables effective therapy delivery while maintaining therapeutic relationships. Required Qualifications Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology

Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)

Active New Mexico speech-language pathologist licensure

Minimum 2 years of direct school-based SLP experience

Virtual therapy delivery experience preferred

Strong technology skills and platform adaptability

Excellent assessment and intervention capabilities
