Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available for the upcoming school year in a K-5 setting. This role involves working with a caseload of 40 students, with direct case management responsibility for 30 students. The position requires the SLP to provide onsite support and supervision to Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) and paraprofessionals to ensure effective service delivery. Key Responsibilities: Manage and provide speech-language therapy services for a caseload of 40 K-5 students. Oversee case management for 30 students, including developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs). Collaborate with SLPAs, paras, and other staff to support student communication goals. Maintain required documentation and compliance with best practices. Participate in team meetings and coordinate with school staff to support student progress. Qualifications: Certified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with CCC credential. Experience working in a K-5 educational setting preferred. Strong case management and organizational skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with onsite support staff.
