The role requires delivering therapy services that promote student development and academic success. Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations independently. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans targeting fine and gross motor skill improvement. Maintain detailed documentation in compliance with school and regulatory guidelines. Qualifications and Experience: Master's degree or higher in Occupational Therapy. Valid Delaware OT license or eligibility to obtain licensure. School-based or pediatric OT experience preferred. Ability to work on-site with middle and high school students. COTAs are not eligible, as independent evaluations are required.
