The Eatonville School District is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) to provide school-based services for the 2025-2026 academic year. This is a full-time, onsite position supporting a diverse PreK-12 student population with a caseload of approximately 50 students. The PT will play a vital role in helping students access their educational environments safely and effectively through mobility and functional skill development. Position Details: Location: Eatonville, WA Assignment Dates: September 3, 2025 - June 16, 2026 Hours: 35 hours per week (full-time) Caseload: ~50 students, ages PreK-12 Work Environment: Onsite only (no virtual services) Number of Positions: 1 Responsibilities: Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Provide direct physical therapy services to support educational access and mobility Collaborate with special education staff, general educators, and families Contribute to IEP development and attend team meetings Maintain documentation and comply with state/district regulations Qualifications: Valid Washington State Physical Therapy License (or eligibility by start date) Experience working with children or in school settings preferred Strong communication, time management, and collaboration skills Must be able to work across school sites as needed Committed to onsite service delivery (no teletherapy option)
