Position: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Location: Santa Maria, California Grade Level: High School (Grades 912) Start Date: August 19, 2025 Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:15 AM to 4:00 PM Pay: $3,700 per week (travel) or $85 per hour (local)
Role Overview: Amergis Staffing is hiring a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to support high school students in Santa Maria for the upcoming 20252026 school year. This full-time role focuses on assessment, therapy delivery, IEP collaboration, and student progress monitoring in a school-based setting.
Responsibilities:
+ Conduct speech and language evaluations
+ Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
+ Provide direct therapy and consultative services
+ Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school staff
+ Document student progress and maintain service records
Requirements:
+ Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
+ Valid California SLP license
+ ASHA CCC-SLP certification preferred
+ Experience in school-based settings is a plus
