Key Responsibilities:
Conduct speech and language evaluations and screenings remotely
Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each students needs
Deliver direct speech-language therapy sessions via telepractice platforms
Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
Maintain thorough documentation and comply with Iowa state regulations and IDEA requirements
Qualifications:
Valid Iowa license or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
Experience with teletherapy or willingness to learn telepractice technology
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Passion for supporting school-aged childrens speech and language development remotely
