This role supports elementary school-aged children through teletherapy and in-person services, providing essential speech and language interventions to promote communication development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for elementary-aged students.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to pediatric clients.
- Deliver therapy services via teletherapy and traditional in-person sessions.
- Collaborate with educators, families, and healthcare professionals to maximize student progress.
- Maintain detailed documentation and comply with healthcare and school regulations.
- Support students through all stages of speech-language development as a part of a multidisciplinary team.
Qualifications:
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Experience working with pediatric populations in healthcare and school environments.
- Proficiency in teletherapy service delivery methods.
- Completed Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) or equivalent experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage students, parents, and colleagues effectively.
- Understanding of educational and clinical documentation requirements and procedures.
