A Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available for the upcoming school year at a middle school setting. This contract role requires delivering specialized speech and language services to a caseload of 45 to 50 students ranging from elementary to middle school levels. The role is onsite in Fishers, IN, with an expected workweek of 35 to 40 hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for students with speech, language, and communication disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) aligned with student needs.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational staff to support student progress.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services and student progress.
- Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Must hold a current Speech Language Pathologist License for the state of South Carolina.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology preferred.
- Experience working with elementary and middle school populations.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage a caseload of up to 50 students effectively.
