Pediatric School Speech and Language Pathologist Paintsville, Kentucky

A Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available at an elementary school in Paintsville, KY. This contract-to-hire opportunity spans the new school year (NSY) and requires working two days per week, supporting a caseload of approximately 26 students. The role combines direct and indirect services, allowing for some flexibility in scheduling indirect work.

Responsibilities include:

• Conducting speech and language testing and screening
• Completing necessary documentation and paperwork
• Attending meetings related to student progress and care
• Providing itinerant services as needed across assigned schools

Qualifications and experience:

• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology
• Licensed SLP in Kentucky
• Experience in healthcare, pediatrics, and school settings preferred
• Ability to manage a caseload and deliver itinerant services effectively
