A skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) is needed for a K-12 educational setting in Elma, WA. This position focuses on providing essential speech and language support to students during the Extended School Year (ESY), ensuring consistent progress in communication skills beyond the regular academic calendar.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for students ranging from kindergarten through 12th grade.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to student needs.
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and other specialists to support student communication goals.
• Document and monitor student progress, adjusting therapy approaches as needed.
• Participate in ESY program planning and meetings.

Qualifications:

• Current Speech-Language Pathologist license.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Experience working with children and adolescents in a school setting.
• Knowledge of evidence-based practices in speech and language therapy.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
